Doing exercises in a sitting position is suitable for people with limited space. Uncomfortable getting out of the seat. Examples of exercise postures in a how to sitting position include:

  • Neck muscle exercises

Sit upright and relax your shoulders. Slowly rotate your neck to the side as far as it will go, then hold the position for 5 seconds and return it to the original position. Then switch to the other side. Or you may use your right hand to hold the left shoulder. Sit up straight and slowly tilt your head to the right. Relax your shoulders until you feel tension in your muscles. Use both hands to touch the back of the neck or nape of the neck. Then push your arms back as far as possible until you feel tension in your chest muscles. Hold the position for 30 seconds before slowly relaxing and returning to the starting position.
